What You'll Bring
Diploma in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services OR willingness to enrol
Current unrestricted Australian driver's license and probity clearances
Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
Full availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
Building positive relationships based on trust and respect




Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
Working collaboratively on individualised care plans
Mentoring young people to explore interests, hobbies and cultural activities
Administering medication safely and following individual support plans
Completing transparent and factual handover notes and incident reports
