The Role

We have an exciting prospect available due to growth for a sales and service coordinator to join our Motive Power division based in our Carole Park Head Office. The ideal candidate will be someone with prior administrative and logistical experience who prides themselves on providing excellent customer service and maintaining stakeholder relationships

As part of a small but experienced team, the position will be responsible for the day-to-day schedulingof our Service and Battery Build functions for our operations, managing our high-profile customers within the material handling equipment industry.



The role will also be responsible for the customers sales and service experience, order management and completing all corresponding admin functions for the branch.

Based out of Carole Park the role will work 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Previous experience in scheduling and coordinating service / trade work

Excellent planning and prioritisation skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with ERP systems(Desirable)

Intermediate skills in Microsoft suite

Strong computer skills and relationship building ability
