About the Opportunity
As our Maintenance Technician, you'll report into the Technical Manager & Leads.
You'll conduct corrective, predictive and preventative maintenance on Mail Processing Equipment, as well as improving reliability.
You may also use SAP to process stock orders and ensure maintenance transactions are accurately recorded.
About the Facility
Join the technical team at Sydney Parcel Facility (SPF) in Chullora, processing 200,*******,000 parcels per day.
The site includes industrial automation, conveyors, sorter infrastructure, safety supervision systems, chutes, diverters, power panels, scanners and clear-down mechanisms.
Machinery includes automation systems and conveyors controlled by PLC & VFD, network communications and digital address recognition computer systems.
Ideal for techs who thrive on mechanical fault-finding and keeping complex sortation systems running safely and efficiently.
You'll Be
Keeping processing machines running through preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance
Diagnosing and repairing complex faults
Maintaining accurate records in SAP
Prioritising safety and compliance in everything you do
About You




Cert III Electrotechnology & Electrical Licence
Experience diagnosing, repairing and monitoring mail processing equipment is highly regarded
Exposure to PLC & VFD
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication with operations and stakeholders
Understanding of communication systems and information technology
Versatile to work additional hours if required
