The successful candidate will have proven experience operating final trim graders to a high standard, a strong understanding of GPS machine control systems, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Operate final trim graders and excavators safely and efficiently
Complete final trim, stabilisation, and earthworks to project specifications
Utilise GPS machine control systems to achieve accurate results
Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
Work collaboratively with site crews to meet project deadlines
Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a protected work environment
Read and interpret plans, levels, and project requirements
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy
Our Ideal candidate:
Proven experience operating graders with stabilisation work
Strong attention to detail and safety focus
Relevant tickets and licenses - RII Grader
Construction white/ blue card
Valid Drivers License
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
