The Role
You'll oversee the trust accounting function across both theSales and Property Managementdivisions, ensuring everything runs accurately, efficiently and in line with legislation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the end-to-end trust accounting function across both the Sales and Property Management divisions
Processing sales settlements (approximately ***** per month)
Completing monthly trust reconciliations and ensuring compliance with trust accounting legislation
Processing owner disbursements and rental payments
Managing all accounts payable and receivable
Preparing BAS and processing payroll
Handling invoices,



receipts and all incoming and outgoing payments
Maintaining accurate financial records across Xero and PropertyMe
Supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business
Working directly alongside the CEO and leadership team to ensure the business runs seamlessly
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
PreviousReal Estate Trust Accountingexperience (essential)
A strong understanding of trust accounting legislation and compliance
Experience with Xero and PropertyMe (preffered)
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
