Business Development Support
We are searching for a Business Development Support person to join the Ausbil team.
The role will primarily focused on supporting the Business Development Managers through outbound calls to financial planners, pipeline support and high-level support for event follow up.
While limited in scope, the person will also help support financial planners and investors with their daily online and telephone enquiries.
Business Development Support –Conducting outbound calls to financial planners and pipeline support, high level support for events.
Rebate facilitation and support.
Systems and Reporting –Administration and maintenance of Salesforce.
Preparation of monthly reports.
Deliver exceptional customer service:Respond to adviser and client enquiries, help resolve issues and provide accurate information about our products.




Process customer requests:Efficiently manage and process customer requests by being the contact between us and our unit registry provider.
Be a team player:Assist other teams with ad hoc tasks, exposing you to areas such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
About You:
You will ideally have either at least 1-2 years of financial services industry experience and/or hold a relevant Finance, Commerce or Business degree qualification.
Key Requirements:
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn current systems.
An interest in funds management and financial markets.
at least 1-2 years of investment funds or super experience (preferred) or relevant degree qualified.
