Casual / Full Time Positions Available - Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week
At Precision Glazing, we’re proud of the skilled, hardworking teams who turn raw materials into quality products every day. We’re currently looking for Aluminium Windows and Doors Assembler to join our team at our Archerfield site.
This is a hands‑on, practical role where you’ll be directly involved in manufacturing and assembling Alspec products. We are specifically chasing factory fabricators and glaziers to join our production team based on the Southside of Brisbane. Proficiency in all aspects of commercial fabrication is ideal but we can certainly up‑skill the right candidates, if your only previous experience is in residential fabrication feel free to apply.
What you’ll be doing:
Manufacture aluminium windows & doors to Alspec specifications and technical manuals.
Cutting, machining, punching, assembling and glazing of aluminium windows & doors within agreed time frames.
Handling of glass and aluminium in a secure and responsible manner.
Read, interpret & understand technical manuals, cutting lists and instructions.
Loading and unloading of delivery and despatch trucks.
Carry out machinery maintenance and perform clean up duties as directed.
On‑site work including frame assembly and site‑glazing.
Demonstrating a robust commitment to safety by following PPE requirements and all site procedures
Skills & Experience
We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in the role. A willingness to learn about our products and processes, and have valuable attention to detail and quality workmanship;
Experience with hand and power tools or be willing to learn;
Be punctual and reliable with valuable communication skills;
Previous workplace experience with Aluminium Fabrication is highly regarded, but not essential;
Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices;
