Quick overview of the role

Working as part of the team in our Caloundra branch, you will operate all machinery, produce goods, prepare and build loads and ensure that all loads are quality inspected and tagged while committing to your safety and that of the team.
Monitor production output and adjust settings to maintain accuracy, quality, and efficiency
Complete pre-start checks and ensure all equipment is protected, ready, and compliant
Operate machinery safely in line with procedures and safety standards
Load and unload steel, set bend angles, and run controls for precision fabrication
Inspect finished product for defects and ensure quality compliance standards are met
Identify, tag, and isolate non-conforming materials
Organise, rack, and prepare finished product for dispatch in line with schedule

Ability to always follow safety procedures
Ability to communicate well and work in a team
Forklift license highly regarded
