Take ownership of the phone - high-volume, high-quality outreach
Qualify prospects and book strong meetings
Communicate value clearly and persuasively
Work closely with marketing to sharpen targeting
Track and improve your performance in HubSpot
Hit targets, exceed them, and get rewarded for it

Who This Is For

We’re looking for:

Experienced:
1+ year in outbound sales (SDR/BDR/Inside Sales)
Agency or SaaS background = a big plus
A confident communicator
Goal-focused and money-motivated
Coachable and competitive
Resilient under pressure
