The role
Based on the Central Coast, you will provide advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, treatment and care planning for residents within residential aged care services. You will work within a co-managed multidisciplinary model alongside in office nurses, GPs, telehealth geriatricians and physicians — with dedicated administrative support so your focus stays on clinical care.
What you'll bring
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with Nurse Practitioner endorsement
Advanced clinical experience in assessment, diagnosis, treatment and health promotion
Solid clinical reasoning, communication and leadership skills
Experience in quality improvement and evidence-based practice
Sound knowledge of aged care legislation and regulatory requirements
Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and professional indemnity insurance
Comfortable using technology and clinical software systems
Qualifications
Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)
Bachelor of Nursing
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with NP endorsement
