Crane Hotline is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Operator/Dogger to join our dynamic team in Ipswich, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various cranes, ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing
Operate cranes, including set-up, operation and dismantling, to lift and move materials and equipment on construction sites
Perform dogger duties, including assisting with the preparation and coordination of lifts
Conduct pre-operational checks and maintain detailed records of crane operations
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with the broader construction team to accomplish project goals
Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Crane Operator/Dogger in the construction industry
Valid C6 (Slew Crane) or CN (Non-slewing Mobile Crane) High-Risk Work Licence




Demonstrated knowledge of crane operation and rigging/dogging procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong safety-focused mindset and commitment to maintaining a protected work environment
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
