Key responsibilities
You will be part of all the design and documentation as well as DA stages, including dealing with contractors and council representatives.
Work throughout all project stages
Formulate design decisions and present for discussion
Collaborate with design team anddeliver high quality outputs
Attention to detail and ability to produce work with accuracy and positive judgement
Build strong relationships with clients and consultants and team members

Skills and Experience
Completed qualifications within Architecture
Strong ArchiCAD and drafting skills
Multi-residential/Mixed-use experience on local projects will be advantageous.




Good knowledge of regulations & compliance - BCA and Australian Standards
Confidence with the ability to show initiative and be proactive
Solid communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Highly organised; ability to prioritiseworkload
Able to manage sensitive and sometime confidential information
Can work autonomously within the direction & oversight of associate/director
