Please note:This role will commence with approximately one month of training at our Granville site before transitioning to our new Narellan location.
About the Role We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, likes to stay organised, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help out wherever needed.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in administration, warehousing or logistics, as full training will be provided.
Working closely with the Service and Spare Parts teams, you'll help keep things running smoothly by processing orders, creating freight connotes, entering data into the company's system, and assisting with small parts orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating freight connotes through online supplier and transport portals
Entering customer orders and inventory information into the company's in-house system
Supporting the Service and Spare Parts teams with day-to-day administration
Picking and packing small orders for the Service team
Assisting with dispatch and coordination of parts and equipment
Maintaining accurate records and documentation




General warehouse and office support duties as required
About You:
You have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
You're organised and pay attention to detail
You're comfortable using computers and learning current systems
You enjoy working as part of a team and helping others
You take pride in doing a job properly and seeing tasks through
Previous administration, customer service, warehouse or logistics experience is helpful but not essential
You're reliable, motivated and happy to get involved wherever needed
