The role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career from the ground up.
This position will combine sales support, customer service and sales coordination responsibilities, while providing training in HIA's products, systems and customer base.
The successful candidate will be working with distributors interstate and travelling every six to eight weeks.
Your Responsibilities
· Supporting sales activity, account management, and customer service
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
· Coordinating customer enquiries, orders, follow-up and account support
· Educating clients on products and providing a high level of service
· Managing territory activity,



travel schedules and client visits
· Meeting sales targets, KPIs and growth objectives
About You
This role is suited to someone early in their career who is motivated to learn and develop within a skilled sales environment.
You will demonstrate:
· A strong customer service orientation and people focus
· Interest in healthcare, medical products, or service-based industries
· Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders
· Initiative, organisation, and the ability to work independently
· A willingness to learn, take feedback, and build new skills
· Flexibility to travel interstate as required (approx. every 6-8 weeks)
Experience and Skills
· Experience in customer service and/or sales (e.g., allied health, retail or hospitality roles)
· Passion for healthcare and innovative products
· Experience with client/customer relationships and meeting sales objectives
· Robust communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and adapt to client needs
· A full driver's license and own vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
· Must be able to have car hire eligibility for interstate travel
