We're seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Event & Partnership Coordinator to join our Queensland team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of industry-leading events and awards programs while building strong relationships with sponsors, partners and stakeholders.

About the role
Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll coordinate a range of events and awards programs that connect, celebrate and support the residential building industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating industry events, member information sessions and networking functions
Supporting the delivery and growth of the HIA Housing Awards program
Managing event logistics including venues, registrations, presenters and suppliers
Coordinating event marketing activities and attendee communications
Building and maintaining strong relationships with event sponsors and corporate partners
Delivering partnership benefits and supporting revenue growth initiatives
Managing event-related financial administration including invoicing, receipting and reporting
Monitoring event performance against attendance, budget and profitability targets
Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting data
Providing onsite support to ensure successful event delivery
About you
You are a confident coordinator who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding experiences.
You'll bring:
Experience coordinating events, functions, conferences or awards programs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with sponsors, partners or commercial stakeholders
A proactive and solution-focused approach
Confidence working with CRM systems, reporting and financial processes
The ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your responsibilities
