Customer Service and Reception
You will be the face of Gfitness Freshwater and will be involved in all aspects of customer service, membership management and lead generation.
A positive attitude and personal presentation is important as first impressions count!
Your role will involve servicing our existing members as well as promoting our services to new customers, ensuring that all customers receive friendly and personalized service.
Daily activity will include:
Administration,



customer account management and cash handling
Consulting with customers face to face and on the phone
Membership sales and lead generation
Increase brand awareness within the community
Skills and attributes:
Exceptional Customer Service
Industry experience beneficial but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy and strong admin skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Self driven and can think on your feet!
Efficiently manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and quality
