FULL-TIME VETERINARY NURSE – Vineyard Vet Hospital
Vineyard Vet Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and skilled Full-Time Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.
We are a busy, well-established small animal practice dedicated to providing high-quality veterinary care to our patients and exceptional service to their owners. Our team prides itself on a collaborative culture, robust clinical standards, and a genuine love for what we do.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working across a varied and engaging caseload. You will be involved in all aspects of veterinary nursing, including:
Surgical and medical nursing
Anaesthetic monitoring and patient recovery
Consult room assistance and patient handling
In-patient care and hospital management
Client communication and education
Laboratory and diagnostic work
Maintaining a clean, organised, and productive clinical environment
What We’re Looking For
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) with minimum 2 years Vet Nurse experience
Interest or experience in reproduction is highly regarded but not essential
Robust animal handling and clinical nursing skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A calm, compassionate approach to patient care
Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team culture
