About the Role
We're looking for an organised, level-headed Driver Allocator to join our Caboolture team. You'll be the person helping to make sure our fleet runs like clockwork — planning routes, allocating jobs to drivers, and solving issues before they become problems.
This is a hands-on, rapid-paced role suited to someone who enjoys a challenge, communicates clearly, and loves the satisfaction of a well-run day.
What You’ll Do
Allocate daily jobs and routes to drivers
Monitor truck movements and adjust allocations in real time to manage delays, breakdowns, or urgent jobs
Liaise with drivers, customers, and the wider team to keep communication flowing
Prioritise and sequence jobs for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
Support drivers with problem-solving and troubleshooting throughout the day
Maintain accurate records including allocations and job completions
Monitoring stock levels of bins and recycled materials to meet customer needs
What we’re looking for
Previous experience allocating trucks or drivers is highly regarded — you'll hit the ground running
Comfortable with anything from an early start to a late finish in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong communication skills and a calm, practical approach to problem-solving
Valuable geographic knowledge of Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions
Confident using computer systems and job allocation software
A team player who takes ownership of getting the job done
No prior experience in waste management? No problem — full training will be provided. What matters most is your ability to stay organised and think on your feet.
