We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Seven Hills industrial team, supporting clients across Western and South West Sydney in the warehousing, logistics and manufacturing sectors.
This is a fast-paced role where you'll spend your day interviewing candidates, coordinating recruitment activities and keeping the recruitment process moving.
Whether you've worked in recruitment before or come from a busy customer service, administration, retail or hospitality background, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Interviewing candidates over the phone and face-to-face
Managing individual and shared inboxes
Answering candidate and client enquiries via phone and email
Coordinating onboarding, including VEVO and compliance checks
Posting job advertisements and managing applications
Screening resumes and matching candidates to suitable roles
Updating candidate records in our recruitment system
Visiting client sites across Western and South West Sydney when required




Completing manual handling assessments
About You
You'll be someone who:
Has great communication skills
Can manage multiple tasks at once and work well under pressure
Is organised and has good attention to detail
Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
Available to work Monday - Friday
Can travel to Seven hills office
Wants to build a long-term career in recruitment
Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
Is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
