Dolphin Line Marking has built a reputation for delivering quality work across commercial, industrial and civil projects throughout the Newcastle region. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Line Marker to lead a small team ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Your work will include:
Leading and mentoring a small line marking crew
Operating line marking equipment, including airless sprayers and specialised machinery
Measuring, setting out and completing commercial and industrial line marking projects
Installing car park hardware and safety products
Completing site hazard assessments and SWMS documentation
Maintaining equipment and ensuring quality workmanship on every project
Building positive relationships with customers while representing the business professionally
About You
This is one requirement we can't compromise on.
You must have commercial line marking experience.
You'll also have:
Experience operating line marking equipment
Strong understanding of Australian line marking standards
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to lead by example
Robust work ethic and pride in your work
Previous experience supervising a crew will be highly regarded, but if you're ready to step into leadership, we'd also love to hear from you.
