About the Role

As a Tour Guide, you’ll:
Lead interactive tractor tours across our 200+ acre working tropical fruit farm
Share engaging stories about our fruits, their origins, and how they’re grown
Provide exceptional customer service to guests from a diverse range of cultures
Answer questions, inspire curiosity, and create memorable visitor experiences
Assist with general duties to support the smooth running of our farm and visitor centre

What We’re Looking For
Confident, transparent communicator who can engage audiences of all ages
Enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about sharing knowledge




Robust interpersonal skills and customer service experience (tourism/hospitality an advantage)
An interest in tropical fruits, horticulture, or the local region
Availability to work Fridays through Mondays, plus public holidays as required
