About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Freight 2020, manage transport bookings, create manifests, support warehouse operations, and develop a career in logistics and operations.

This is a Permanent Fulltime role based in our Toowoomba Head Office.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and validate transport bookings in Freight 2020.
Create manifests based on data provided by operations.
Maintain warehouse movements, stock balances, and inventory checks.




Generate customer invoices and support operational reporting.
Collaborate with operations, warehouse staff, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Liaise with other Transport Operations team members across all depots, nationally.

About you
Motivated and detail oriented, with robust problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning recent software programs
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with managers and team members across multiple departments and locations.
Interested in building a career in logistics, transport, or operations.
Previous logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience is a bonus; Freight 2020 experience is desirable but not essential - training will be provided.
