Sydney CBD – 3 months temporary – $170K - $190K + super (equivalent day rate)
Company Background
Our client is a mid-sized professional services firm that operates nationally. They have a strong reputation in their specialty field and are on a growth trajectory. Due to this growth, they are seeking an experienced Finance professional to guide them through a finance systems transformation project. This role will partner with ELT and the broader business to ensure that the implementation project has a robust start.
The Role
As the Finance Transformation Consultant, you will focus on:
With the CFO, define system requirements
Align systems to process and strategy
Map integrations,
dependencies and risks
Recommend preferred system + ROI estimates
Your Background
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills, experiences and attributes:
Short notice is preferred, but willing to consider notice in certain circumstances
Prior experience with vendor selection and evaluations for system implementations
Experience within a Legal, Consulting, or Engineering firm and a strong understanding of WIP and time/matter-based billing
Robust stakeholder management experience, proven experience partnering with and influencing ELTs
