The Prospect
We are seeking
Mental Health Registered/Enrolled Nurses
to join our specialist team. We have positions available for evening shifts (12 hours) on a
part time or
full-time
basis — we're open to finding the right arrangement for the right candidate.
You will play a key role in delivering
intensive, evidence-based care
across:
Inpatient withdrawal and detox programs
Acute psychiatric presentations
Trauma and addiction recovery pathways
Working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, GPs, psychotherapists and counsellors, you will:
Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments
Develop and implement complex care plans
Deliver therapeutic, trauma-informed nursing care
Support patients through highly vulnerable and transformative stages of recovery
What We're Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered/Enrolled Nurse
Proven ability to manage complex mental health presentations
Strong therapeutic communication and professional boundary skills
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Availability for evenings (12-hour shifts)
