The Role
As a BIM Technician, you'll support the delivery of prefabricated and structural design projects, working closely with structural, mechanical and electrical teams and architects to ensure seamless coordination.
This role is based at our Sydney office with hybrid working arrangements available.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality structural drafting for prefabrication and design projects
Coordinate our BIM models with multiple other disciplines




Build client demand for BIM services by engaging proactively with external stakeholders
Develop analytical models in Revit and interface with structural design software
Prepare detailed drawings for concrete, steel, timber and masonry
Manage drawing packages to meet project requirements
Work within the team to build and maintain parametric families and BIM libraries
Improve workflows and drafting efficiency
Troubleshoot design and modelling issues
About You
Diploma in Design, Engineering or related field
Understanding of Australian standards
Previous BIM experience
Strong proficiency in Revit, cloud-based modelling experience is a plus
Exposure to mechanical pipework, structural steel and fabrication detailing (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and excellent computer literacy
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Collaborative communication style and a positive, proactive attitude
Willingness to learn Inventor (experience highly regarded)
Interest in collaboration tools such as Navis and Revizto
