About The Role
As part of our in-store team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing success of our established retail locations.
Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, positive attitude




Providing expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations
Operating the POS system and processing transactions accurately
Merchandising and restocking to maintain a high visual standard
Ensuring cleanliness and presentation across the store
Supporting your team to meet sales targets and KPIs
About You
Passionate about customer service with strong communication skills
Reliable, professional, and approachable
Available for flexible work hours, including weekends and late-night trade
Team players who are eager to learn and grow
Experienced in retail or customer service
