Hi, I'm Meg. I'm an OT, the founder of MEGAbility and a lifelong lover of movement, play and community.
Who are we?
MEGAbility is not an average OT clinic. We offer both traditional paediatric occupational therapy and something genuinely unique:
OT-based gymnastics programs.
Here, we combine clinical skills with the power of movement, creativity and fun. We see first‐hand every day how much kids can gain - from motor skills to friendships and confidence - when therapy is active, playful, and community‐centred.
We're dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy, but we also believe great therapy happens in an environment where fun, friendship, and genuine belonging are part of the process. For us, effective therapy happens best when children are genuinely enjoying themselves-so we work hard to build a space where children, families, and the team feel comfortable to be themselves, connect, and grow together.
What guides us
MEGAbility is a relationship-based, neuroaffirming service. We place each child at the centre of every session and intervention. Everything is tailored to support the individual strengths, interests, and needs of the children we work with.
What would we love for the team?
We're looking for someone to join and be a part of shaping where MEGAbility goes next. Maybe you love traditional paediatric OT and want room to focus on that, or maybe you're curious about bringing movement, gymnastics or playful therapy into your work - or you're open to learning something new.
Because we're a small, growing business, there's genuinely lots of space for new ideas and professional growth. Having spent years working as a clinician myself, I understand what it's like to want support and to feel seen in your workplace. It's not about billable hours and ticking boxes. MEGAbility aims to be a place where each individual's wellbeing is respected and the culture feels positive and supportive in daily practice.
I will be working alongside you, not just overseeing things.



I work in a clinical capacity and have my own caseload, so I understand juggling a clinical caseload and what's realistic. I genuinely value collaboration, honest conversations, and your own professional aspirations - whether it's about day-to-day details or bigger directions.

We're right near the beach in Freshwater - so if you like, you can take your lunch break on the sand or head out for a swim after work. It's a great way to unwind and enjoy where you work.

MEGAbility offers a combination of clinic-based sessions at our clinic in Freshwater and also community-based sessions. This entails some travel into the community.
What you need for the role:
Occupational Therapy AHPRA general registration, or eligibility to obtain
Working with Children, NDIS and Police Check
Access to a car is preferred, not essential
Current Australian Drivers License
Experience as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist preferred, not essential
