Aspley Family Medical Practice is growing and seeking a dedicated and personable experienced
Medical Receptionist
to join our dynamic team. This casual role (approx 25 hrs per week) and based in our NEW Aspley practice and will involve providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both our patients, medical staff and Practice Manager.
What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
Handling patient enquiries and providing information over the phone or in-person
Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying and data entry
Assisting with the coordination of patient flow and ensuring a smooth patient experience
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive medical information
What we're looking for




Previous experience in a medical or healthcare administration role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of patients
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using Best Practice medical software and general office technology
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A friendly, skilled and empathetic demeanor
