Fodder Link are currently looking for seasonal harvest workers to be a part of our Bale Stacking and Harvesting teams, working across several different agricultural business in Queensland.

is a growing agricultural business founded on the premise of providing fodder users with quality inspected, graded, and feed tested product year-round, guaranteed. Our agile team manages both ends of the supply-chain from sourcing, delivery, and payments.
Job Responsibilities
Safely load and unload heavy plant equipment.
Maintain machinery and plant (prestart checks, minor maintenance, and end of day cleaning).
Milling of hay/straw (on customer site, following safe work practices).
Baling and Bale Stacking of hay/straw (on customer site, following safe work practices).
Transportation of plant and product, depending on company requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
Plant operator, forklift, tub grinder, telehandler
(Experience preferred by not essential, training can be provided).




Basic maintenance skills essential (ability to use basic tools and greasing).
An affinity for agriculture, and the ability to relate well to livestock feeder and agricultural producers.
Demonstrated success in delivering results, with minimal supervision.
Self-starter capable of working efficientlyindependently.
Additional Skills and Qualifications (not required but highly regarded)
Truck licence HC or MC - Driving Roadtrain and B Double combination.
Copy of 5-year Traffic History Report.
Experience in general freight transport, understanding of all legal requirements.
Previous experience in baling or bale stacking.

The successful candidate will also need to complete a Police Check.
