Bullivants, part of Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety, is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Mackay. The role is permanent and full time, Monday to Friday, reporting to a supportive Sales Team.
You will handle customer enquiries via phone, email and in-branch, build relationships and support product selection and orders. The successful candidate will have sales or customer service experience, be able to interpret product drawings, and communicate clearly.
