The Role
As Head of Interiors, you will provide creative and strategic leadership across RMA's national interiors portfolio, ensuring every project reflects the studio's commitment to timeless design and exceptional quality.
You will:
Lead and mentor a national team of interior designers, fostering creativity, collaboration and technical excellence.
Oversee multiple luxury residential projects from concept through delivery.
Establish and maintain the highest standards of design quality across the interiors practice.
Build trusted relationships with clients, architects, consultants, artisans and suppliers.
Guide the design direction for bespoke interiors, including FF&E;, lighting, materials and custom joinery.
Contribute to the strategic growth, capability and culture of the interiors team.
Champion innovation while preserving the enduring design principles that define RMA.
About You
You bring:
Extensive experience leading luxury residential interior design projects.
Demonstrated success managing and mentoring high-performing design teams.
A refined eye for proportion, materiality, craftsmanship and detail.
Exceptional FF&E;, lighting, furniture and bespoke joinery expertise.
Outstanding client relationship and presentation skills.




Advanced Revit capability and strong technical knowledge.
Commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity, quality and project delivery.
A collaborative leadership style and genuine passion for creating timeless homes.
