Bethania Lutheran Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Lead Educator to join Junior Kindy Team on a permanent part-time basis (37.5 hours per week), must be available for opening and closing shifts 7.00am to 5.30pm.

As our Lead Educators, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping rich, engaging learning experiences for our children. You will:
Design and deliver a dynamic educational program that inspires curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
Actively supervise and engage children in a range of fun and meaningful activities — both indoors and outdoors.
Create a secure, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels at home.
Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider school community.
Collaborate closely with your dedicated team to deliver the best outcomes for children and families.
Contribute to maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment that reflects our pride in our service.
What You'll Bring:
A Diploma in Children's Services, School Aged Care, or other ACECQA-approved qualification.




Previous experience as a Lead Educator (kindergarten experience preferred).
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
A current Blue Card, plus up to date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
Completed Child Protection Training (as per Section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A professional, reliable, and enthusiastic approach.
A genuine passion for early education and helping children thrive.
A willingness to work within and uphold our Christian ethos.
