Skills and Experience
Holds a Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent
Current Blue Card
Current (or ability to obtain) First Aid, CPR & Asthma qualifications
Valuable understanding of the Early Years Quality Framework
Sound knowledge of current Regulation and Accreditation guidelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
A passion for children
