We are excited to be recruiting Diploma and Certificate III Educators to join the team at our soon-to-open Innes Park Early Learning Centre. About the Role
As a Lead Educator or Educator, you will play an integral role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children feel valued, respected and inspired to learn.
Working collaboratively with your team, you will contribute to the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs that support each child's learning, development and wellbeing.
This role is ideal for passionate early childhood professionals who enjoy working as part of a supportive team and are committed to providing exceptional education and care.
Key Responsibilities
Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
Build genuine and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Plan, implement and evaluate meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Document children's learning and development to inform ongoing planning.
Support educational experiences that reflect children's strengths, interests and individual needs.




Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of education and care.
Critically reflect on practice and contribute to continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and centre policies and procedures.
About You
You are enthusiastic, professional and passionate about early childhood education. You enjoy building positive relationships, working collaboratively, and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
You will bring:
Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
A commitment to continuous learning and reflective practice.
A positive, adaptable and reliable attitude.
ACECQA-approved Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards your qualification and nearing completion.
Minimum 12 months' experience working in an early childhood education and care setting (preferred).
Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
Current Child Protection Training.




Availability to work a variety of shifts between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
