We're Hiring: Supply Chain Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior-Level We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about optimizing supply chain operations, strengthening supplier partnerships, and driving operational efficiency across procurement, logistics, and inventory management. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient movement of goods while supporting the company's long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals and business growth plans. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms with suppliers. Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies to optimize stock availability while minimizing costs. Monitor supply chain performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve productivity, and enhance supply chain efficiency. Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Production teams to support business objectives. Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Drive digital transformation, automation,



and process optimization initiatives across supply chain functions. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and quality standards. Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior management.
Requirements
Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members to foster a high-performance culture. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, inventory planning, or operations management.
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, supplier management, demand forecasting, warehouse operations, and inventory optimization. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain analytics. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, PMP, or equivalent are an advantage. Experience with AI-powered analytics, automation tools, and digital supply chain technologies is a plus.
