The College has an extensive offering of accredited courses at certificate, diploma and advanced diploma level. As a community organisation the College strives to assist students in realising their potential and providing pathways into employment and further education.
The College is currently seeking experienced and qualified trainers and assessors for;
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability)
We we deliver classes at our sites in Epping, Chatswood, Blacktown and Mt Druitt as well as remotely via Zoom and at offsite locations. Our current vacancy is for an offsite class in the Canterbury Bankstown area.
Trainers will be required to deliver and assess qualifications whilst ensuring that contractual and compliance requirements for the delivery of programs are met in accordance with ASQA.




Successful candidates will need to have the following:
Recent experience in the aged care and disability industry
hold relevant qualifications at or above the course level they are delivering
a Certificate IV Trainer/Assessor (TAE***** or equivalent)
current Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
current National Police Check (or be willing to obtain)
Training and assessment experience in the VET sector is desirable however consideration will be given to applicants with other experience provided they can demonstrate an ability to engage students from a range of diverse backgrounds.
As well as the required qualification and experience we are looking for skills to engage people from non-English speaking backgrounds and those facing barriers to employment. We want trainers that have a genuine passion for assisting students on pathways to sustainable employment and the ability to be flexible to the unique needs of our students.
