One Group Labour Hire is seeking Factory Hands to join a leading Aluminium Architectural Solutions manufacturer based in Somersby. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected company producing high-quality aluminium products for the building and construction industry.

What's on offer:
$33.05 per hour
Monday to Friday - full time hours
Day shift role
Ongoing work with the potential for permanency
Supportive and safety-focused workplace
Assisting in the production and assembly of aluminium architectural products
Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Measuring, cutting, and preparing aluminium components
Loading and unloading materials
Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a factory, aluminium, or manufacturing environment (preferred)
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Reliable and punctual with solid attention to detail
Safety-conscious and able to work well in a team
Current driver's licence and reliable transport essential
