We're on the hunt for an experienced Roller Operator to join a fantastic civil construction team in Noosaville. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start for the right person, offering outstanding pay, a healthy work-life balance, and every second Friday off!
What's in it for you?
$47.03 per hour + Super
Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 3:30pm
Every second Friday off (RDO) - because long weekends are underrated.

Work with a supportive team on essential civil maintenance and construction projects
What you'll be doing
You’ll be operating rollers on a variety of civil maintenance and construction projects while helping keep worksites running smoothly and safely. You’ll also:
Operate rollers with engines above 2.5L
Carry out daily maintenance and pre-start checks on plant and machinery
Assist with general civil maintenance and construction tasks
Work safely and efficiently as part of a hardworking crew
What you’ll need
HR Licence (or higher)
White Construction Card
Roller Ticket / Certificate of Competency relevant to the role
Extensive experience operating civil construction plant and machinery
Solid understanding of civil maintenance and construction works
Ability to maintain equipment and complete daily checks
Reliable, safety-focused attitude and a strong work ethic
