This is a fast-growing mortgage broking business based in the office, with strong support from accounting referral channels and a steady flow of warm leads. The team is expanding quickly, and this role has been created to help manage increasing client demand and provide backup across day-to-day broking activity.
You'll be joining a close-knit team under an experienced broker, assisting with client relationships, loan processing, CRM management, and general broking support. This is a hands-on role with genuine scope to learn the full lending process and step into a senior broker pathway over time.
This role is well suited to either a loan processor looking to move into broking, or a motivated graduate / junior candidate with strong sales skills, great communication, and excellent attention to detail.

About you:
Strong communicator with a natural sales personality
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Interest in property, lending, and building client relationships
Experience in loan processing, broking, or financial services preferred
Open to learning, taking direction, and developing in a fast-paced workplace
Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking preferred or willing to complete
