The Role
We are seeking a Client Manager / Broker Supportto join our team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract. In this role, you will provide essential support to our brokers and ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Processing loan documentation from application through to settlement
Accurately entering data into systems
Managing phone enquiries for new and existing applications
Providing administrative support to brokers

To be considered for this role, you should have:
Experience in financial services (e.g., mortgage broking, banking in lending, or conveyancing)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
