High-impact Group FP&A; role
$140k-$150k + Super + Bonus
This large, multibillion-dollar infrastructure company has complex operations, a significant market presence and a strong focus on continued growth and investment. The business offers exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic decision-making and complex commercial challenges, with the opportunity to make a visible impact within a high-performing finance team and progress across the wider organisation.
A newly created opportunity has become available for a Group Finance Analyst to join the Group FP&A; team and support the ongoing growth of the business. Reporting to the Group FP&A; Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting key FP&A; deliverables across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
Preparing clear commentary on financial results, risks, opportunities and key business drivers
Maintaining financial models, reporting tools and governance controls
Analysing revenue, operating expenditure, capital metrics, cost allocations and intercompany transactions
Supporting the preparation of Executive and Board-level reporting




Partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Regulation and the wider business
Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls and data integrity
Using systems, automation and reporting tools to improve efficiency and consistency
Supporting ad hoc financial analysis and business decision-making
To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with approximately 5-7 years' experience, ideally starting your career in chartered accounting before moving into a commercial role. You will ideally have experience across financial analysis, management accounting, FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting and reporting within a large or complex organisation. You will bring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. This role would suit someone proactive and productive who takes ownership of their work and can demonstrate initiative through process improvements or other key achievements.
