Favcote head office is located in Ingleburn NSW. we are seeking Blaster Painters to join our teams in our Sydney sites This full-time role is an exciting chance to contribute to the delivery of high-quality painting and surface preparation services for our diverse range of defence and industrial clients.
Site location in NSW - Garden Island Woolloomooloo, Ingleburn Workshop, Kurnell Desalination Plant and other off-site locations
What you'll be doing
Prepare surfaces using abrasive blasting techniques (including blasting materials and mechanical prep) to achieve the required finish
Apply a variety of paint coatings and finishes to surfaces using brush and roller and spray-painting equipment
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting client specifications and industry regulations
Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all health and safety protocols
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our painting and surface preparation processes
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Blaster Painter or similar role in the painting/surface preparation industry is preferred




Some knowledge of abrasive blasting techniques and the application of a wide range of paint coatings is preferred
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Trade qualifications or certificates, such as a CERT III in surface prep & Coating applications Certificate III in Painting and Decorating is preferred
White card is essential
Confined space & working at heights is desirable
