to join our new Indooroopilly team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the

In this role, you'll take the lead in driving store performance, coaching a high-energy team, managing inventory, visual merchandising, sales targets and budgets - all while making sure our customers leave the store inspired.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and fostering team growth
Deliver a world-class customer experience that embodies the 2XU brand
Lead operational excellence across inventory, rostering, visual merchandising, and store presentation
Support and inspire your team through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually striking store setting
What You'll Bring
Retail store management / 2IC experience (essential)
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and high-performance apparel
Confident,
