About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Townsville. Due to increased service demand, we are looking to recruit
two Disability Support Workers
to provide support across Supported Independent Living (SIL), sleepover shifts, and cleaning services.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support people with disability to live independently, achieve their goals, and participate in their community.

Your day-to-day might include
· Personal care and daily living assistance
· Domestic support and household tasks
· Companionship and emotional support
· Transport and community access
What you'll bring
· A genuine passion

· A reliable vehicle
and a willingness to travel
· Preferred
3 months of experience
in disability support
· A relevant qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate III in individual support, etc.) or willingness to enroll.
· Applicants must possess a relevant qualification at the time of application, such as Certificate IV in Disability or Certificate III in Individual Support.
· Up-to-date
police check, working with children's check, NDIS worker clearance, first aid and CPR
, flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (preferred), and
comprehensive car insurance
· NDIS worker clearance must be current and held at the time of application.
· Current first aid and CPR certifications are required at the time of application.
·Comprehensive car insurance coverage is mandatory for all applicants.

Valid Australian work rights
are required for this position
