About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Delivery Coordinator
to join a high-performing automotive team.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery and handover process for new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience. You will work closely with the sales team to coordinate vehicle preparation, registrations, accessories,



and delivery schedules while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vehicle deliveries from point of sale through to customer handover
Ensure vehicles are prepared, accessorised, and registered in line with customer requirements
Maintain accurate and timely delivery administration and documentation
Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth delivery scheduling and workflow
Manage delivery timelines to maintain an even and efficient delivery spread
Deliver a high-quality handover experience that exceeds customer expectations
About You
Previous experience in a customer-facing or delivery coordination role within the automotive industry
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and strong customer focus
Full Australian driver's licence with a good driving record
Professional presentation and positive attitude
