Team Lead / Supervisor - Waterproofing & Grouting
GEM Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor delivering
water control, waterproofing and grouting solutions
across the mining, civil and infrastructure sectors.
We're seeking an experienced
Team Lead / Supervisor
to lead field crews on a range of projects throughout Western Australia. Based from the company's
Bibra Lake
facility, this hands-on role will involve a combination of workshop preparation and FIFO assignments as required.
About the Role:
Leading and supervising waterproofing and grouting crews across local and FIFO projects.
Planning and coordinating daily site activities, labour, equipment and materials.
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring works are completed to specification and schedule.
Mentoring and supporting field crews to achieve quality outcomes.
Completing site reports and maintaining project documentation.
Assisting with technical problem-solving and on-site decision making.
About You
To be successful in this role,



you will have:
Previous experience leading teams within waterproofing, grouting or remedial construction.
Hands-on experience with grouting, water sealing, crack injection or underground waterproofing within the mining, civil or infrastructure sectors.
Experience working on mining, civil, infrastructure or industrial projects.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Construction White Card (essential).
The ability to travel and work on FIFO rosters as required.
