About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Officer, you'll play an important role in ensuring fabricated products meet the highest quality standards before reaching customers.
Your responsibilities will include:




Conducting quality inspections on fabricated and welded components
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Completing quality documentation and inspection reports
Identifying defects and ensuring compliance with specifications
Working closely with production and engineering teams
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining high quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Fabricator
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Good communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A desire to grow into a specialist Quality Assurance role
Previous QA or Quality Control experience is highly regarded butnot essential.
