JLL is seeking a Finance Manager in Sydney to act as a strategic finance partner for Property Managers, overseeing monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, and annual budgets across a diverse asset portfolio. You will lead GST reconciliations, IFRS rent smoothing, and coordination with auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
You will mentor the finance team, drive process improvements, and partner with clients and senior stakeholders to support decision-making and portfolio performance.
