We’re now looking for a driven, hands-on Leading Hand for high end Class 1 projects who thrives on-site, leads by example and wants to be part of a growing construction business where your contribution truly matters.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving daily site outcomes. You’ll support subcontractors, uphold safety and quality standards,



track progress and keep everything moving efficiently on site.

This is a lead-from-the-front role - ideal for someone who takes ownership, is highly organised and enjoys engaging others.

Key Responsibilities
Leading daily site activities, including daily start-ups and work coordination
Supporting subcontractors to work safely, efficiently and productively
Driving high standards of safety, quality and workmanship
Tracking and documenting works, including daily site diaries
Managing defects and rectification with explicit documentation and photos
Identifying hazards and stopping unsafe work when required
Assisting with project programming, site setup and ongoing coordination
Liaising with Certifiers, Fire Engineers and the wider project teamContributing ideas to improve site performance and delivery outcomes

About You
At least 4+ years’ experience in high end Class 1 projects
Good communicator who can build strong working relationships on site
Enjoy leading, mentoring and supporting others
