We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Manager to oversee the delivery of security operations within a high-profile environment.
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day security activities, coordinating service providers, overseeing security systems and supporting the ongoing development of a mature security program. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders while ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the security function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily security operations
Manage security incidents, investigations and escalation processes
Oversee guarding services, contractors and specialist vendors
Monitor and maintain physical security systems, including CCTV, access control and alarms
Conduct risk assessments, audits and assurance activities
Develop and maintain security procedures, emergency response plans and operational documentation
Deliver training, inductions and security awareness initiatives
Maintain accurate reporting,
records and performance metrics
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
About You
Previous experience in a security management, corporate security or protective security role
Strong understanding of physical security systems and operational security practices
Experience managing contractors and service providers
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to operate confidently in a energetic and professional environment
High level of discretion, professionalism and integrity
